eversign Has Acquired Docracy!

Great news!

We're very excited to announce that Xodo Sign (formerly eversign) has acquired Docracy, one of the world's largest open platforms for free legal document templates. Founded in 2011, Over the years, Docracy has grown to offer a collection of over 25.000 contracts that are free to customize and use for personal and business purposes. Docracy is now fully integrated into Xodo Sign

Through our acquisition and integration of the Xodo Sign platform with Docracy, we can now offer you the ability to directly search and import from a collection of all of Docracy's 25,000 document templates, from simple NDAs all the way to employment letters and rental agreements. You can search Docracy directly from Xodo Sign's document creation page, making it easy for you to customise and send a document template for signing.

Here's how it works:

1 - Click on "Import from Docracy"

On the document creation page, click on the new "Import from Docracy" button on the upper right.

2 - Choose a Docracy document

You will now be able to search and browse through the database of available Docracy templates. Once you have found the document you are looking for, click it and you will be taken to Docracy to customise its content.

3 - Customise the Document

Within Docracy's document editor, you can fully customise the wording and style of your document. Next, click on "Sign with Xodo Sign" and you'll be taken back to the Xodo Sign document creation workflow.

4 - Finalize & Send for Signing

Your customized document will now be imported into Xodo Sign and you can continue preparing the document the usual way within Xodo Sign. Choose who will sign the document, place your fields and send the document for signing.
