Frequently Asked Questions

Will all my fields be imported?

While most of the template features are fully supported, there are some custom fields with limited support. You can check the supported fields table for a full listing.

If your imported template contains fields with compatibility limitations, they will be listed in the Warnings panel for your review. This allows you to see how each field was handled—whether it was mapped to a supported alternative or omitted during import.

Will the template look the same in Xodo Sign?

Yes! Although minor changes in formatting could be expected, the layout and the logic of the fields should remain unchanged. Imported templates work the same as those created directly in Xodo Sign.

Can I import multiple templates at once?

Batch importing is not available at the moment. Stay tuned for more updates on this feature, as we plan to bring more powerful capabilities to it.

Can I import templates from other e-signature platforms?
